Wellkept Studio builds websites for small businesses and then looks after them. That's the whole offer. It's deliberately narrow, because a studio that does everything does none of it especially well.
How we work
Four things that aren't negotiable.
You own all of it
Domain, hosting account, WordPress install — all registered in your name, with every login handed over at launch. Nothing is held back as leverage, because a client who stays out of convenience isn't a compliment.
Fixed prices, written down
You see the scope and the figure before anything starts. If a job takes longer than estimated, that's a cost of getting the estimate wrong, and it's ours to carry rather than yours.
Plain language, always
No jargon in quotes, reports or emails. If you can't tell from reading something what we did and what it cost, it's written badly — tell us and we'll rewrite it.
We'll tell you not to buy
If the cheapest package is all you need, we'll say so. If your existing site is fine and just needs maintaining, we'll say that instead of quoting you a rebuild.
The name
Why "Wellkept".
A well-kept thing isn't new. It's been looked after. Anyone can build you a website that looks good on launch day. The harder and more useful promise is that it still works, still loads fast and still says the right thing two years later. That's the part the name is about, and it's why maintenance isn't an upsell here — it's half the business.
