We didn't build your site?
That's fine — most sites we look after weren't ours originally. A one-off health check tells us what state it's in and what it would take to bring it up to standard. If it turns out the site isn't worth keeping, we'll tell you that too, and the check fee comes off a rebuild.

The questions that come up.
What happens to my included hours if I don't use them?
They don't roll over, and we'd rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise. The hours are there so small changes never turn into an invoice conversation — most months you'll use some, some months none.
If you find you're never using them, move down a tier. We'll suggest it before you do.
What counts as an "edit"?
Changing text, swapping photos, updating prices or opening hours, adding a news post, adjusting a form. Anything that's using the site as it was built.
Redesigning a page, adding a shop, or building a new section is a project rather than an edit — we'd quote that separately before starting.
What if my site gets hacked anyway?
We restore it from the last clean backup and clean out what caused it, at no extra charge, on any plan. That's the whole reason the monthly restore test exists — so the backup is known to work before it's needed.
Does this include hosting?
No, and that's deliberate. Hosting stays in your name and on your card, so you're never locked in by an account you can't access. We work with whichever host you're on, and we'll tell you if it's a bad one.
How do I cancel?
Email us. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you've paid for, yearly plans are refunded for the full months remaining. No notice period, no exit call, no retention offer.
Your site keeps running — we just stop maintaining it, and you get a final handover note on what needs doing and when.
