The domain, the hosting account and the WordPress install are in your name from day one. You get every login at launch, and nothing is held back if you decide to leave.
The price is the price
You approve a written scope and a fixed figure before work starts. If we misjudged how long something takes, that's ours to absorb — your invoice matches your quote.
Thirty days after launch
Fixes, tweaks and questions for a full month after the site goes live, included in every build. Launch day isn't the day we stop answering.
No lock-in on care plans
Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you've paid for. Yearly plans are refunded for the full months left. Your site keeps running either way — we just stop looking after it.

Completely. The domain, the hosting account and the WordPress install are registered in your name, and you receive every login on launch day. If you ever want to move to another studio, nothing has to be rebuilt and nothing is withheld.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the month you've already paid for. Yearly plans are refunded pro rata for the full months remaining.
Your site keeps working after you cancel — we simply stop maintaining it, and the updates and backups become yours to handle.
Do you provide the hosting?
We set it up with a host we trust, but the account is in your name and on your card. That's deliberate: you should never be locked in by a hosting account you can't log into.
Budget roughly [HOSTING COST RANGE] a month depending on the size of the site. That's paid to the host, not to us.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo if you have one, the text and photos you'd like to use, and access to your domain. That's it to begin.
If you don't have copy or photography, we can write the text and arrange photos as add-ons — both are quoted upfront like everything else.
Which languages can the site be in?
English, French and Arabic, including proper right-to-left layout for Arabic. A second language is €70 on any build.
It's set up properly, with separate URLs per language, so search engines index both versions rather than treating one as duplicate.
How long does a build take?
Two to three weeks for most sites, measured from the day we have your content — not from the day you accept the quote. Waiting on text and photos is what stretches a project, so the sooner those arrive, the sooner it launches.
How does payment work?
Card or bank transfer. Builds are split in half: 50% when you accept the quote, 50% on launch day. Care plans are charged monthly or yearly in advance.
All prices are shown in euros. The figure on your quote is the figure you pay — any taxes that apply are shown before you confirm.
What if I already have a website?
We can rebuild it, or leave it as it is and take over the maintenance after a one-off €89 health check. The health check tells you honestly which of the two is worth your money.
