How payment works
The boring part, stated plainly.
Builds are split in half
Fifty per cent when you accept the written quote, fifty per cent on launch day. Nothing is charged before you've seen the scope and the price.
Plans are charged in advance
Monthly plans on the same date each month, yearly plans once a year. You can switch between tiers at any point and we adjust the next charge.
Prices are in euros
Every figure on this page is in euros. Any taxes that apply are shown before you confirm, and your card is charged in euros.
Cancelling and refunds
Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you've paid for. Yearly plans are refunded for the full months remaining. On builds, the deposit covers work already done. Full detail is in the refund policy and the terms.
